Our Cancellation Policy:

Please note that there is a 25% cancellation fee charged on the entire rental amount for any cancelled reservation - this fee is based on the entire rental amount. 

If you need to cancel within 2 months of your stay, your payment will be refundable, less the 25% cancellation fee (as noted above), only if we are able to re-rent the cottage during your rental period.

​We do everything we can to help fill dates that must be cancelled. However, we suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any unforeseen cancellation. You may click on the following link to purchase trip insurance, just look for the CSA icon on the left side of the page.

Special Policy for Covid Related Cancellations Only:

 If you are forced to cancel within one week prior to your arrival date due to Covid-19, in lew of a refund you can exchange your dates for a future stay of equal length during the off-season (4/15 - 12/15 excluding Thanksgiving Week), without a cancellation fee.

Covid related cancellations made more than one week prior to your stay do not qualify for an exchange and will be subject to our regular confirmation policy outlined above. You're welcome to call me to discuss your circumstances as needed.

-- Rental deposit of 50% required to book, balance due 2 months prior to arrival date.
-- Rental deposit may be refunded up to 2 months prior to arrival date, subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of your total rental rate.
-- $300 damage deposit required 2 months prior to arrival date and partially or fully refunded within 7 days after your stay through Paypal depending on condition of cottage upon check-out.
-- Published rates are firm, no discounts. 
-- Upper Level rate is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18; 
​-- Whole House rate is for up to 4 adults and 2 children under 18.
-- Add $50/night for each adult substituting for a child under 18.
--We can accommodate one additional small child age 6 or under on a kids-sized air mattress that can be placed in the master bedroom for $50/night.
