Our Cancellation Policy:

Please note that there is a 25% cancellation fee charged on the entire rental amount for any cancelled reservation - this fee is based on the entire rental amount. 

If you need to cancel within 2 months of your stay, your payment will be refundable, less the 25% cancellation fee (as noted above), only if we are able to re-rent the cottage during your rental period.

​We do everything we can to help fill dates that must be cancelled. However, we suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any unforeseen cancellation.

-- Rental deposit of 50% required to book, balance due 2 months prior to arrival date.
-- Rental deposit may be refunded up to 2 months prior to arrival date, subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of your total rental rate.
-- $300 damage deposit required 2 months prior to arrival date and partially or fully refunded within 7 days after your stay through Paypal depending on condition of cottage upon check-out.
-- Published rates are firm, no discounts. 
-- Upper Level rate is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18; 
​-- Whole House rate is for up to 4 adults and 2 children under 18.
-- Add $50/night for each adult substituting for a child under 18.
--We can accommodate one additional small child age 6 or under on a kids-sized air mattress that can be placed in the master bedroom for $50/night.
