For a couple looking for a combination of affordability and comfort, Stonegarden Cottage's downstairs unit is a perfect choice. Private and quiet, this charming apartment with stained-glass windows and beautiful views to the harbor is equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette -- 4-burner gas range with oven, microwave, half-size refrigerator, deep-freeze, and full size double-sink.
Enjoy the comfortable amenities of a queen-sized bed, private bath with shower, dining table and chairs, reading chair and lamp (not pictured), double bureau, hanging-clothes closet, as well as a dining deck with mosaic bistro-table and chairs, awesome harbor view and direct access to the trails of Guavaberry Woods.
The lower level has its own separate entrance, driveway and parking space.  It was built under the deck of the Upper Level, and has a cypress panel ceiling, giving the studio great insulation from any sound from above. Even though you will hardly know that there's anyone sharing the house with you, the owners are warm and hospitable  --  you will be treated like guests in their home, with respect for your privacy.
